Today's blog is all about being positive! I am such a strong believer in the law of attraction; negative thoughts invite negativity to your life whereas positive thoughts transform your life into the harmonious & peaceful life that you deserve to live. As a working Mommy I get that meal prep is totally more than half the battle in living a healthy fit lifestyle, below is a fabulously easy HEALTHY recipe to get you inspired in the kitchen! Crockpot Chili Prep Time: 30 Min   Cook Time: 4 Hrs High Or 8 Hrs Low *This is a recipe for a LARGE crock pot, if you have a small one cut the meat, onions, bell peppers & tomato sauce in half (1 pound of Meat, 1 large onion chopped, 2 bell peppers chopped & 14 oz of tomato sauce)* Ingredients: -2 Pounds of Ground Meat (Beef, Chicken Or Turkey) -3 Cloves of Minced Garlic -2 Large Yellow Onions - Chopped -3 Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow Or Green) - Chopped -1 Can Of Red Beans -1 Can Of White Beans -28 Oz Can Of Tomato Sauce -2 Cups Of Broth (Beef Or Chicken Depending on which meat you choose) -2 TBSP Coconut Oil Seasonings: -Oregano -Adobo -Paprika -Chili Powder -Taco Seasoning -Pepper -Sea Salt -Cumin 1.
